Commandos: Strike Force would be the last game in the Commandos series. This was the fifth game overall and it was a massive and I mean massive departure from what the series was known for. The previous four games were RTS games, but with this game, they changed it, and now it is a first-person shooter instead. What is interesting is that while the game has changed from a RTS to a FPS, it still features some of the gameplay elements that fans liked about the earlier games.

The game has three lobbies for you to appreciate and they are good to go during WWII. I feel that the story Commandos: Strike Power is attempting to tell is a very decent one. You have Norway, France, and the Soviet Association as the areas and I truly preferred this. Every one has its own look, style, missions, and obviously broad story for you to play through. It is a really broad mission and I had a good time playing through it.

Grim And Gritty

While this may not win any honors for today show, I think at the time this was an extremely strong looking game. I previously referenced how there was a great deal of assortment to the various areas you will go to.
